Our sister company Burrfection Store Limited is looking for a Native English Speaking Ecommerce Customer Service Executive to improve customer service experience of its e-commerce brand by giving timely responses to customer enquiries and follow up on sales orders. Your role will also help improving product discovery, and provide interesting messaging and social based marketing campaigns to our e-commerce customers.

What you’ll do?


  • Provide timely customer service to e-commerce customers
  • Handle customer enquiries 
  • Help customers with product discoveries
  • Identify marketing and revenue opportunities
  • Be a strong player in messaging and content based marketing and customer care for our e-commerce brands



You should have:


  • Native English Speaker
  • Proficiency in written English
  • Superb communication skills
  • A solid experience in a customer facing role
  • Bonus experiences (the following are bonuses to your application but not a must): sales skill, experience in customer service, experience in messaging based marketing, or experience working in an e-commerce company
  • Bonus experience: experience living in North America is a bonus


This is a full-time permanent job position with 5.5 day week and health insurance after probation. 5 day work in the office, and 0.5 (Saturday) work from home.
